We control the deer on your land and in return, we sell the venison or take clients stalking. Our aim is zero waste, with the escalation of food prices we sell and promote the eating of seasonal game. Venison, as with all game is a fantastic seasonal food source. Under valued and often forgotten about, we hunt, process and sell the meat we harvest. As ethical professional hunters we must ensure we keep the balance between sustainability, animals wellbeing and ecology. For problem areas we are able to significantly reduce the stress on the land with a comprehensive cull plan. We work smart around your schedule with little or no disruption to your working day. Working direct with you, the landowners and farm managers we agree a strategy with mutual beneficial outcome. Any stalking activity carried out on your land is pre-agreed and pledged in a formal written agreement. Any rifle person under the control of Cotswolds Stalking will meet our mandatory basic safety and competency tests. Proof of full insurance and identification will be recorded. Finally all rifle persons will be accompanied at all times.
Cotswold Stalking is very much involved with conservation as much as it is with wildlife management. Our background comes from years spent working as gamekeepers where we honed our craft. From small single handed outfits to large commercial shoots we have the experience to advise. Our own wild bird grey partridge shoot can be used as a benchmark. We can offer some expert advice, training or hands on support if required.
